2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, and other login details).
• All activities conducted under your account.
• Immediately notifying Sitexzen of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

Sitexzen shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from misuse of your account or failure to safeguard account credentials.

3. Services Overview

Sitexzen provides B2B lead generation, business automation, and related solutions, including but not limited to:

• Multi-channel lead generation campaigns (Email, LinkedIn, cold calls, paid ads, social media outreach, etc.)
• Smart CRM integration, automation, and workflow optimization
• Appointment scheduling and management systems
• AI-assisted inbound and outbound call handling
• Custom web solutions, creative services, and branding support
• Campaign strategy, market research, and data-driven outreach execution

3.1 Lead Generation Services

Lead generation is a contract-based, professional service. Sitexzen provides access to qualified prospects, but does not guarantee specific results, revenue, or business outcomes. Outcomes depend on market conditions, client follow-up, and other external factors beyond Sitexzen’s control.

Our lead generation services include:

• Client / Company Analysis: Understanding the client’s business, services, and operational model.
• Market & Location Targeting: Identifying regions, industries, and market segments suitable for outreach.
• Target Audience Profiling: Analyzing demographics, behaviors, and decision-making patterns.
• Business Situation Assessment: Tailoring campaigns based on current business needs and challenges.
• Market Size Evaluation: Estimating potential reach and demand within the target market.
• Creative & Software Integration: Incorporating custom software, creative campaigns, and design assets into outreach strategies.

Campaigns are executed per the terms of the mutual contract, and may be customized to fit client-specific goals and requirements.

4. Payment and Billing

Sitexzen offers flexible billing structures, depending on service type and agreement:

• Subscription-based billing (monthly, quarterly, or annually)
• Per lead or appointment generated
• Per service or custom contract

All fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are defined in the signed service agreement or selected plan. Sitexzen reserves the right to update pricing; users will be notified in advance of any changes.

Failure to pay fees as agreed may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Services are contract-based, and cancellation terms are defined in your service agreement.
• Subscription services can be canceled at any time; access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
• Refunds will be provided only as specified in our Refund Policy or the signed contract.

6. Intellectual Property

• All Sitexzen content, software, designs, branding, campaigns, and other intellectual property are owned by Sitexzen Ltd or its licensors.
• Users may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works without written authorization.
• Unauthorized use may result in civil or criminal liability.

7. User Conduct

By using Sitexzen services, you agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to access or disrupt Sitexzen systems or servers without permission
• Interfere with platform security, functionality, or performance
• Transmit viruses, malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Use collected data outside the terms of the signed contract

Sitexzen reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these conduct rules.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sitexzen shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Lost revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Campaign outcomes, which depend on external factors beyond Sitexzen’s control

All services are provided “as is”, with no guarantees or warranties of specific results.

9. Third-Party Services

Sitexzen may incorporate third-party tools or software in the delivery of campaigns, automation, or creative services.

• Sitexzen does not guarantee the performance of third-party providers.
• Users must comply with the terms of use of all third-party services utilized.
• Sitexzen shall not be held liable for any data breaches, service interruptions, or other issues arising from the use of third-party tools.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sitexzen, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or costs arising from:

• Your use of Sitexzen services
• Violation of these Terms
• Breach of your service contract

11. Changes to Terms

Sitexzen may update these Terms at any time.

• Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.
• Users are responsible for periodically reviewing the Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
• Any disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
